Relationship Builder

I take extra time to ensure my customers have a great onboarding experience and they often let me know of it. 

I take pride in a job well done. That means I finish what I start and do what I say I am going to do.

I enjoy working with others and helping to build things. 

Adaptability

I thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment. I feel it keeps me sharp and pushing myself to learn as much as I can. I believe in trying new ideas and see failure as a learning opportunity to get it right the next time around. 

Driven

I push myself to reach goal and outperform what is expected of me. Also being in sales I'd be lying if a said money wasn't a motivator as well.

Sales Performance

Working with others has long been something I've enjoyed and I feel like this is part of the reason I excel in sales type roles. Across my prior positions it's noticeable that I've met and exceeded sales goals and some by a wide margin.

 

It goes back to relationship building. I want people to trust me and what I'm offering. Building trust will earn business and referrals. 

Self Starter

Something I took interest in was creating custom videos for my users with Vidyard. At the time, I was using the free version of this software. With numerous successful outreach campaigns I adopted the name Mr. Vidyard and was one of the driving forces behind the company decision to adopt a premium account for our user facing teams. 

Fun Haver

Saving the best for last. Fun is one of the things you don't normally associate with work, but when you really enjoy what you do it makes it easy to wake up and put forth that extra effort. I like to have fun in what I do and it's the reason I make little videos and get to know my customers.

 

I have fun spending my days helping people adopt and build comfort using the technology they will soon be using.
